yay or nay?
Hey guys!
I hope this somehow gets to everyone. I had this idea recently when I was sitting in Aunt Sue's kitchen and she was telling me how much she enjoys reading her friends' blogs and then I was thinking about how hard it is for all of us to keep up on each other's lives in between family gatherings. And since the internet has become so central to all of our lives, we might as well embrace it and use it to stay connected.
So my idea was to start this family blog where we can all post stories and pictures about whatever is going on in our lives, however small or big. If anyone isn't too sure about how to do this, I can help you! So, if you guys are into this, save this blog under your "bookmarks" so that you can get to it easy, email me and I'll get you set up so that you can log on and write your own posts.
let me know what you think!
Wow, Hollie, this is great!! I used something similar to this when Scott was on his missions trip. (I wish I had figured this out better when you were world traveling.)
I am looking forward to hear from all you family members; there are so many adventures that you are all doing...let's keep in touch!!
**For instance, Shelby and I went kayaking on Whiskeytown Lake on Saturday in between other commitments we both had. It was terrific to take such a wonderful break from the busyness of life, and glide across the refreshing water.
**Ken, we wished we knew how to sail!!
Love to all, Lynn

Leave it up the younger generation to get this going! Kudos to you, Hollie!! Great idea and will be used by us all.
Dan and I had a lovely invite to attend a dinner then watch the Galaxy Soccer team play Houston's team. Unfortunately, Our team lost but we did get to see David Beckham close up! He, for those that do not know about the LA soccer craze, has recently been acquired by the Galaxy Team in order to inspire the young to join this great sport and I guess bring money into the LA area. Fun night out for Dan and I!
Looking forward to writing more and hearing from all of you that join in this blog.
